I brewed a Miabock type beer over the Pilsner Kolsch Yeast.

The Recipe was:
6lbs of Vienna Malt
6lbs of Pilsner Malt
1lb of Caramel Wheat Malt
1lb of Munich Malt

2oz of Hallertauer for 60 min
1oz of Hersbrucker for 15min
